Nightlife in Mykonos

Mykonos is one of the many Greek islands that have a great nightlife. Mykonos Town is the place where the nightlife is at. In the town you will find many things to enjoy such as restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, stylish cocktail bars, live music and taverns.

With all these places to drink and have fun, you’re sure to be out until the very early hours of the morning. The nightlife atmosphere in Mykonos Town is something you should definitely experience.

The narrow streets are full of people and there is a great vibe around the place. Another area to check out is Little Venice. Here you will find trendy bars to enjoy.

One downside of the bars and clubs in Mykonos is the drink prices are more expensive than at many other party destinations.

The busy months here are May, June, July and August. August tends to be the busiest. Other months such as May, September or October are quieter but you can still enjoy a decent night out.

If you are after a quiet night, then you might want to go to Cine Manto. This is an open air cinema showing films in English and it is the perfect place to chill out.

Nightclubs and Bars

There are some great nightclubs here and there is no strict dress code to get in these places. Cavo Paradisco is a great club to go to. This club opens around midnight and keeps going until around 4am.

The club has world class DJs, a stunning view of the Aegean sea and a swimming pool. This is the place to be! Moni club has been going for more than 25 years so this club knows how party.

Mykonos has some fantastic beach bars which put on great beach parties. Paradise Beach Club is one of the top attractions in Mykonos. Day or night there is always a party happening here.

The music is rocking and the place has a swimming pool. Super Paradise is another beach bar to check out. If you go here you will definitely be partying. Other recommended beach bars include Tropicana and Kalua beach bar.

Other than nightclubs there are bars and one great bar is called Shandinavian. This two floor bar is a great place to grab a cocktail and start your night out. You may even stay here all night long as there is an open air dance floor that will keep you partying.

The Caprice bar is in Little Venice near Mykonos Town and is a favourite for many. Having a drink here and watching the sunset is certainly a must. Other bars to consider are Lola Cafe bar, Jackie ‘O and Scarpa.

Things To Do

During the day you can relax on the many beaches. On the small island of Mykonos there are around 300 beaches. Psarou beach, Paraga beach and Paradise beach are all great beaches to enjoy.

Strolling the streets of Mykonos Town and Little Venice is a very relaxing activity. You can explore and find cafes, art galleries and a range of shops.

If you like shopping then you are going to love Mykonos. There are plenty of designer shops in town.
